Oh, I wasn't necessarily saying there was something bad about it. I was just wondering aloud what it accomplished that GNBT selling NGIO shares directly on the open market couldn't do. (And GNBT will net less cash thru the Oasis deal than selling directly thru the open market.)

Paul's message made sense... maybe we can't get to the point that GNBT can sell the NGIO shares on the open market without lifting the Going Concern. So that might be the benefit the Oasis deal brings.
