That's exactly right Buildit. It doesn't make sense to me. Oasis only real benefit seems to be the Commitment Fee.
Is this just a formality Joe needs to get uplisted? Kind of a backstop to show support. That financing exists if he needs to but in reality he wont tap this line of credit b/c the IPO will provide it. Just a check in the NAZ up-listing packet.
