Are employees still taking a percentage of salary at $1.20/share or has an adjustment been made? Or will be made?

Is it possible that some of the selling is possibly from employees that have current financial obligations? Or are the shares restricted?

Should I consult SEC filings to learn at least some of the answers? Or does someone here know the answers and want to share their knowledge?
