I liked it when I thought you were suggesting there was a potential buyout in the works. From what you've shared, I have concluded that there is a good chance for a lucrative buyout offer sooner than later. My guess if there is one is that it will be for somewhere between $30 and $55 per share. The offer has to be enough to satisfy enough shareholders to take the money now rather than take their chances passing on a low-ball offer hoping that a higher valuation can be realized given a little more time. For me, I think SP can easily be over $20 within 1 yr. I would be willing to wait a year for this, but I would begrudgingly take $10 tomorrow.
