Honestly, IMO, this is almost not relevant any more, since the ship has sailed/sunk on the $2 listing, between Equity, Assets under Mgmt, SP, Going Concern.
If any of the CV funding or a decent spin of NGIO without CV comes thru, we will hopefully (probably) make it at a higher entry price with fewer of these financial reporting hurdles.
If not, we're not going to make it for $2 using last year's 10-K.
