I looked down deeper on the ask of L-2 and found an institutional broker dealer:
" Jeff Jones currently serves as President of JBS Liberty Securities, Inc. a registered broker dealer that concentrates on institutional brokerage business. Jeff also serves as the manager of Synergy Investment Group, LLC, a North Carolina Registered Investment Advisor. "
Institutional is what got my attention. He is currently on the L-2 at $4.50 for just 100 shares, hmmmmmm is this something that could be interesting as we get closer to $5.00/share?
