I find it interesting that it's taking this long for funding approval based on all the information Joe and his team has provided on how wonderful their work is. Based on all the science, the manufacturing that is in place, the 8-K recommendations that have all come in, it would seem that funding would be a no brainer.

So, what the heck is wrong with this picture?
