If one signs and NDA (non-disclosure agreement) and then the information becomes public through a 3rd party, the person who signed the NDA is no longer under it for that specific information, as it is now public through no fault of their own.
Also, this young woman said she ASSUMES she was given leronlimab based on what a nurse told her (was the whole hospital staff under an NDA about this trial? probably not because the drug being used was known to all but the vials were not labeled "leronlimab" and "placebo" so she most likely did nothing wrong in posting her thoughts, which CYDY merely reposted.
