Thanks for the clarification publicly here with your questions and Dr. Dalton's response Mike... he can sometimes be cryptic, whether intentional or not...
So less than 30 days could even mean within a few days or couple of weeks ... and maybe this will not further delay anything.
Been dealing with probate court and know because of a mistake with an address, paperwork had to be resubmitted which delayed things at least a month (of course Covid-19 delayed it more) but then there was misspelling of a name... and the court still approved it so go figure what and how any government agency deals with these really minor errors.
