So to review: The agency that handles our Medicare application screwed up. It will be resubmitted ASAP. I believe in the next day or two. The last application was in process then hit a snag with a development. Overall it was a little over 30 days from processing to the unfortunate rejection. The agency knows the issue they had with the paperwork and it is a rather simple fix. There likely should not be a development this time so I 100% agree with Doc that No, it will not take months and no there is no appeal, must resubmit, should be less than 30 days. Medicare applications are being expedited big-time by the way.
