Here is my biggest concern with the S-1. Several months ago, Joe stated they were going to put in the S-1 for NGIO, then all of a sudden a form 10 was needed.
The form 10 was put in and approved. We still have no S1. So each day / week delay further pushes out any uplisting for NGIO. Yes, I know people say, well Joe’s waiting on funding. The only issue I have with that is, NGIO was supposed to be uplisted before there was even talk of funding. It was going to get all of this investment from just being listed.
Generex needs money. Listing NGIO gets Generex money. Holding off the listing of NGIO is only hurting Generex and shareholders.
