Been thinking about the comments about sharing the size of holdings. I'm kind of on the fence, and here is why. All things considered I think it's poor taste to share how much money one has.
However, this is a little different in my eyes because most of us who have large holdings have been acquiring for years. Which means supporting this company for years.
I think if you are Investor who stuck with this company during the tough times, and especially if you were in the group that continued to fork over money during 2018 and 2019 when we weren't nearly as confident as we are today, you deserve to be proud. I know I am.
I'm proud of my portfolio, but more than that I am proud that we were right about this amazing drug. I am proud that we had a direct hand in funding this company. I am proud that my investment was a small part in getting this company to the point where we are saving lives. We are saving lives right now.
To me, telling someone how many shares I have has less to do with how much money I have made, but more a statement of how much I personally risked, that helped this company stay afloat.
No disrespect to the newer investors, but it was an entirely different thing to be investing a year or two ago.
