In the pending litigation section no mention of CMF or any other bad actors.
My takeaways:
-GNBT is defendant in far too many lawsuits for it to always be the other parties fault.
-I don’t think GNBT has fulfilled its obligations on a single acquisition (without extending the terms)
-Even with extensions I’m not sure if they have fulfilled any of their obligations in RE to any acquisitions.
-Assets went up a little / liabilities went up a lot.
Not feeling good right now. Is there a positive anywhere in this thing. I hope if/when this CC happens it is not just Joe blaming COVID for 2 hours.
