Sorry, I must have written a confusing post.

This is just my hypothesis based on the many weeks that the initiative seems to have stalled after we were told they wanted to move very fast with only 25 subjects -- and that they were happy to use the anecdotal EIND data for approval.

I might be wearing my tin foil hat -- but something just seems inconsistent with my expectations.
