All right, so here's an explanation I just received from speaking with a TD Ameritrade representative:
He says my original order was routed to the Canaccord exhange and the second one was routed to CES OTC. Canaccord has not been able to get me 150k shares so far... there's a potential to go through but he said I would be better off to remove my order and put it in again (and could get it at the better current ask).
He said these two (Canaccord and CES OTC)... two main ones... are interim companies or exchanges for UNVC since it's dark and trades on the grey market, not US exchanges.
Hopefully, that won't be for long now....
