If they're out there, they would be wise to pay now.
Better for them as it's cheaper.
Better for us as it adds fuel to our rocket.
Once we breakthrough to the NASDAQ I expect titanic sums of money will flood into our little company. If we don't meander up to that level on the expectation of grant money, the actual award will probably shoot us there before lunch on the day of the announcement.
