One of the key to approval, IMHO, is uplisting. Once CYDY is uplisted, the game is now between Wall Street and BP. I dont care how much money BP has, those are token changes compare with Wall Street. Wall Street has way more money and influence than BP. If CYDY is uplisted, and all the fund money is ready to move in, there will be no stopping.
