Leronlimab’s biggest advantage to HIV is the ability to cross the blood/brain barrier (if I read correctly that it could) - which none of the other HIV meds can. If it can, this could shrink the reservoir and potentially reduce neurocognative issues. HIV associated neuorocognative disorder (HAND) may be another indication for the list if it is not already included.
