Vietnam is going to be a beneficiary of supply chains diversifying out of China and said Vietnam really helped the USA getting masks and stuff at the beginning of the crisis and that it really helped with diplomacy with the USA in getting even more work and trade deals going for their country Should be HUGE benefit for PHIL $$$$$
