Well our late Financial filing date of 6/15 has come and gone with no filing, IMO, we won't see the Partnership PR until BIEL files the Q1 Financials.

I still feel strongly that there is a Partnership Deal but something is delaying BIEL's ability to go public with it.

The waiting is tough but I still see this getting done, especially now that Dr. Staelin is back in charge of the BOD.
