Yeah, Skipper, I'd guess that is part of it. And I appreciate that so few are trying to do so much. But when there's so much of it, it starts to feel like a smoke screen.
Another for-instance... the Discover discrepancy is listed in the 6/15 Pref shares filing with the 100k amount being issued instead of 140k. For Pete's sake (and ours), can't they even handle version control so that when a new doc is started they get rolling with the latest info?!
No wonder we are still being eaten alive on financing and the list of legal proceedings, renegotiated/botched notes and deals, etc. keeps growing.
As I said recently, my risk tolerance is wearing thin, despite it being pretty high for a long time. My time window for reducing exposure is still being measured in weeks, not months.
