Well, Pokey, the amounts of stock for both the Oasis offering and the Discover note went up. From 15.5MM to 21.8MM and 11MM to 15.4 MM.
The stock price listed in the original S-1 was .64 and new was .63. So it’s not a share price adjustment of any kind.
I confess this may be over my pay grade. Maybe the oasis change was simply an increase in the offering, but the Discover increase was due to the law suit referenced in the new S-1 (also listed on the old as a disagreement)... so this was to settle that disagreement?
I also don’t understand how it can say things like “On November 25, 2019 we issued” on both the old and new Oasis sections, yet the quantity it says was issued on that debate is different. What exactly happened on November 25th?
Yesterday I was thinking maybe the preferred offering is to avoid the Oasis, if possible, but maybe it is in addition.
What am I missing? Does anyone here understand how all these pieces are fitting together and how the history of November 25th can be rewritten with a new S-1?
