I would say that we are wayyyyyyy pass 1% reduction in mortality: hell, we can STOP cancer (CTC counts going to zero, zip, nada, rien).
So, $500 Billion eh ???
Will not make calculations on SP if this is factored in but COVID and HIV will be pocket change in comparison.
