It was published almost instantaneously on the preprint website. The data is out. The scientists are debating the techno-jive. The official publishing is delayed because one or more of the peers who is doing the peer reviewing is pushing back on some aspect. Patterson has some proprietary hardware i think so it could be that. Or the reviewer is pushing back against the theory of covid19 as a RANTES disease. hardly surprising given Patterson's expansive conclusions.
