I'm not questioning you or the source, but it is curious that the US has nearly 1M people suffering from MS, and the global number is 2.3M,
Hard to imagine that US has nearly half of the global cases.
I imagine this is due to lack of updated record in ex-US countries -- or maybe under-reporting in countries that don't have the resources to such document cases.
Is that your take?
