Yep, they don't realize that $PHIL just became a new company with the fund activation. If they really did their DD they would know the big names in the PR wouldn't allow their names to be used if the deal wasn't real. They should also realize with all the big names mentioned in the PR this is a huge deal with many moving parts that takes a long amount of time for Henry to put together. I get many are underwater big time and I am also in other stocks where I am down big time but I don't bash those stocks because that wouldn't serve a purpose to try to destroy my investment.
