Im just not sure how these letters of support work.
Do people give them out like candy?
How hard is it to get one of these letters?
Is it more political than data based?
I would think these institutions would be happy to support anyone who came to them especially if the letter they supply in turn convinces the govt to award money thereby helping to get themselves business in the end.
