This is well documented. They filed the proper paperwork on May 14, 2020. It was completed by Jens Mielke their Chief Financial Officer.

It is not uncommon for small companies to require an extension and would have no real impact on the pps. RMHB consistently files for extensions regarding financial reporting to the SEC. I cannot recall a time when they did not use the extension period. In my opinion the stock is currently trading sideways because investors want to see the official financial reports. Just be patient.
