Is that a distinction without a difference? How does a merger differ much vs. a buyout for cash and shares of the acquiring company?
If no one company can afford the Company, licensing plus royalties exclusively for each indication is an option.
But in my estimation, fair value of CYDY for what it is NOW is somewhere between $30 and $60 per share. It would take 3-4mos. to close such a deal. I'd be happy with $10 tomorrow as I would then just buy shares of the acquiring Company.
