I also find it curious that some investors are mistaking this distribution deal for a buyout offer -- or even a prelude to a buyout offer. I see no such nexus in this potential distribution agreement.

blafarm, I believe it was during the penultimate CC that Nader mentioned the possibility of a "merger" as well as "partnership" with some unnamed entities. I wonder if you or someone else could explain for laymen like myself what kind of deals these terms may describe in the world of biotech.
