Paul, if you go to II-7 & II-8, it lists various issuances of stock. I added up the total for the items for the 3rd Q (Feb-Apr) and got about 5MM shares, all of which I would think would have been in the ~80MM total already.

There are negligible entries for May and none for June.

So hopefully the ~80MM is correct, not the ~90MM.

But then, what's 10MM shares among friends!
