Generex Biotechnology (OTCQB:GNBT -3.2%) has filed a preliminary prospectus for an offering of 1M shares of Series A cumulative redeemable perpetual preferred stock at $33 per share and warrants to purchase up to 100K common shares at $15 per share.
One two-year warrant will be issued for every 10 Series A share purchased.
The Series A stock will pay out a hefty 13% per year.
