I have been interested in the buy out model for some time. I can't see this going too much higher with all the baggage this ticker has.

I new start with committed management or a company that could integrate the technology would make sense.

I don't need pennies - I just want to get out with my skin - lots of us have serious money invested here and hopefully coming out even or a little ahead would be fine with me.
