Our share count currently is not 800 million

The 100 million warrants are included against our currently approved cap of 700 million authorized shares. The reason our Outstanding shares are still listed as less than 600 million is because the warrants (or options) are not in the share count until they are exercised (but they do count against the authorized share count).

We do have an ballot question coming up at a shareholder meeting to increase the authorized shares to 800 million but that is currently not approved.
