As mentioned by others, our market cap is $1.5 billion (using just shares outstanding). HGEN is $850 million. So, the market has recognized our value in this sense. It is nearly twice as high as HGEN, even after their huge run from 50 cents to $5.
HGEN just published a strong anecdotal PR. They already have a Phase 3 clinical trial up and running. I think it requires 225 patients or so. They have about 7 hospitals recruiting, led by the Mayo Clinic.
So, we are ahead on timing. And, we have many other trials and indications. And, multiple MOA, even on Covid-19. We are probably ahead on manufacturing also.
But, they have a lot of muscle behind them, including a recent $90 million capital raise from health-care related investment funds.
Ultimately, randomized trial results will speak.
