Verb LIVE was a big surprise

Remember they were trying to integrate into Facebook Live and Facebook was blocking

I figured the whole Live thing was on the back burner

If you aren't going to integrate into FB, then who do you integrate with?

You do it yourself?

When I saw the demo last November I was excited because I know how clunky selling on FB is.

I could see people that wanted to Live sell would jump all over Verb Live if they used Facebook Live in the past

The time they save and increased sales would more than pay for the Verb Live

And that would be our market

I remember watching an antique store live and they were walking around selling stuff. I thought that was a great example of why anyone could use Live, but Verb would be much better than FB

I forgot about Shopify until they showed it in a demo.

Now we know Square is also integrated

Not only are sellers on FB your potential market, but also Shopify and Square now

When you do valuations on companies, you need to figure out the potential size of their market

Bigger the better

You also want to figure out what penetration the company could possible get

You can figure that out, by also figuring out who is in that space

What helps with this is, are there examples where this already exist and is it successful.

Until we started seeing the links for Live Streaming eCommerce in China, I didn't know how massive this market is.

Now add one more thing...

Verb has a built in base of users to sell to

When you have over 1M users, I call that a tipping point

Everything changes including...

"Among other things, the app store having third parties to create applications for our platform as opposed to us trying to create ours and put us in others"

When you are small, you have to go to everyone else

Now it's changed, they have a lot of incentive to come to Verb

I think institutions are going to be excited about investing in Verb's next phase of growth

"Hey, check this out. Cool new feature, combination of Zoom and Shopify."

To me, if feels like Shopify is integrated into Verb Live and not the other way around. I get that we are integrating into Shopify, but the end result is, Shopify is sitting in Verb Live

Think about that perception for a moment.

An end user doesn't even know it's Shopify or Square unless there is a logo, looking at the URL, or?
