To add on a bit more to what you pointed out.
"that customers can mandate their sales associates watch"
mandate = 100% usage throughout an organization
Remember I posted at least one company that requires you to download and use the app if you want to sell products
I don't know how many require it, but if they run compliance training through the app, that means all users are using the app.
