Transmission can occur with a limited number of viruses. Other coronaviruses aren't known transfer that way but with COVID-19 having some singularities in how it attacks including possibly inhabiting white blood cells it's a possibility. With blood transfusions going to patients especially vulnerable to COVID-19 ir should be looked at.
