He has been selling the company for much less than that.
3/31/2018: 146M shares
3/31/2019: 182M shares
3/31/2020: 260M shares
260-146 = 114
114/260 = 0.438 * 100 = 43.8%
In two years, we have sold 43.8% of the company for some amount considerably under $50M dollars. I don't feel like doing all the math but it is likely closer to $30M.

I wouldn't be so sure of that. Those warrants for Class B voting shares expire this year. If our sale of shares continues at the rate we saw last quarter, a hostile takeover could occur within a year if he doesn't exercise more of them very soon.
We need that sweet COVID money ASAP.
