Thanks! This is what I’ve been trying - but failing- to convey about access.
As for the proposed trial.. it’s only 25 patients- and would probably be conducted in Mexico City where regional dialects won’t present as big a language barrier. Most people speak Spanish there.
As for HCQ, the poorest people will take home remedies or homeopathic medicine instead for MM. There is a general distrust of big pharma medicine because of the side effects. I personally wouldn’t take it either.
Cheap pharma medicine is for the middle class/office workers.
