So, I just relistened to the call from Thursday. Mr. Mulholland referenced, while discussing uplisting, NYSE standard 3 or 4a.
I pulled these options up, and neither have an asset requirement. Standard 3 has a minimum share price of $2, and Standard 4a has a minimum share price of $3.
So, it appears to me that we meet the criteria for uplisting now.
