“This is what my hope is , they tried to damage HCQ , and they did , many patients now are afraid to take it , so some die , because there is no other treatment for patients not hospitalized.....”
To be clear HCQ has yet to be proven to be effective in preventing or treating COVID19, as many claimed it can (see study below where it failed to prevent infections). Regardless, it’s wrong that HCQ wasn’t given the opportunity to prove itself as a COVID19 treatment before BP lined up the negative articles about potentially side effects. The same goes for any medication. BP also pushed the NIH to change the end points of the remdesevir study only two weeks before unblinding the trial, which in and of itself is unethical, but more so when you consider that remdesevir does little to nothing for COVID19 patients.

I’m not much for conspiracies, but there is little doubt that BP has had a hand in suppressing the results of leronlimab over the years, including COVID19 efforts. The trial on Mexico is a good example, as it should’ve started by now. I continue to believe that cancer is leronlimab’s path to the top as even BP can’t stop a promising cancer drug as cancer is always a hot topic, especially breast cancer.
