For me pulling trigger on warrants was very easy decision. 2019 tender offer was in my mind a no brainer. I exercised all my remaining warrants A few months ago. My reasons are simple. I want long term capital gains and I want to vote my shares. You cannot vote your warrants. Later this year could be quite interesting.
