I agree and am in a similar boat. I’d gladly jump on any incentive like the TO they did last year, but with our current share price there is no reason for CYDY to offer such terms when warrants are being converted already.
I’d heard through the grape vine that there was an offer at $.50 conversion price with 20% share bonus earlier in the year, but when I inquired with CE and MM, I was told there was no such offer.....so either I didn’t qualify for the selected incentive or there never was such a deal. No biggie as many have been here a long time supporting CytoDyn and have warrants expiring soon, whereas I have over 4 years remaining still. I was buying on the open market at the time still as like you I saw that as a better value and wasn’t and am not willing to sell shares to exercise something that has 4 years before expiration and the share price isn’t anywhere close to a fair valuation still IMO....even at $3 this is likely one of the few potential life changing investments one could make IMHO.
