This is my take....it for how I see it....tying up loose ends.....explained that the accounting standards are the normal standards of the OTC.....no funds for research...have no real revenues but for me most important was ITEM 8........they are NOT an active participant in ANY ACTIVE LAWSUIT OR LITIGATION.....like a new borns bottom with no hair on it.....!!!!!!
