$GRNQ ACCESSWIRE / May 27, 2020 / Greenpro Capital Corp. (GRNQ) today announced that it has signed a Sale and Purchase Agreement to acquire 4% of the Millennium Sapphire for US$4 million. The acquisition will be paid via the issuance of 4.44 million GRNQ restricted shares valued at $0.90 per share.
The two parties have 30 days to complete the acquisition. GRNQ is currently negotiating to buy the remaining 96% interest in the Millennium Sapphire into its wholly owned Wyoming subsidiary, Millennium Fine Arts, Inc.
