would something happen like a real screaming deal to exchange all warrants prior to uplisting? i.e. the real surprise is we are giving you a deal you cant refuse, in order to get out of the warrants??

Looking at other warrant exchange announcements that all seem to be happening in order to facilitate an uplisting. BCLI is one example.
