Pleading to warrant holders to change their investment strategy to help fund the company is a waste of time. The entire reason that I bought direct from the company was due to the leverage that warrants give me. Excercising my warrants increases my risk without any additional upside.

Or, if I choose to sell shares in order to excercise, it reduces my upside potential and would put downward pressure on the SP.

I am in favor of a small amount of dilution instead.
