Henry is saying indirectly in that line VIETNAM NEEDS this NEW
business PHIL projects will bring because of the damage
Coronavirus has done to the economy and don't forget VN GOV
is a major PARTNER in these projects coming, so I dont see how
things get derailed from here because VN needs this new business
coming badly !
