So you want to force the warrant holders to convert? These are the same investors who participated in PIPE offerings and kept pouring millions into the company when the share price was 30-50 cents.

I really can't understand why they wouldn't have done a $25M deal around $3. I'm guessing that offer came when we were at $3.50 and still can't/don't believe that wouldn't fly.
